When will my order ship?
All rings are individually handmade to order. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for creation. If your ring is needed by a certain date, please reach out to us!
All rings are shipped via UPS. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.
Please note: Arrival time estimates do not include the time held in customs. If there is a stop in tracking progress it usually means that it is has arrived at customs and is being processed. This time varies based on your importing governments time to process.
Additional duties and custom fees may be charged at delivery by the importing government. If you are unsure if your government charges customs fees, please contact them prior to ordering.
Buyer is fully responsible for any and all duties, customs, or fees imposed when shipping internationally. All delivery dates/times are estimated—they are not guaranteed.
How do I find my ring size?
We offer ring sizers that can be shipped directly to you!
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes! We can make any ring size. If your size is not showing as available, simply email us your order number with your requested size. Please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order.
Are your gemstones ethically sourced?
Yes! All of the gemstones and diamonds are ethically and sustainably sourced and conflict-free.
Will my ring look exactly like the photo?
No two rings are ever the same. Please allow for differences in size, shape, color, transparency and setting.
Can I choose the gem for my ring?
While we do not currently offer this option. If you are not in love with your gem, let us know within 30 days of delivery!
What are your rings made of?
We offer rings made in bare or plated copper, silver and 14k gold.
Do your rings contain nickel?
Our jewelry is always 100% nickel-free.
How does copper effect my skin?
Copper is a metal oxidizes naturally and can sometimes leave a mark. This is normal! To prevent this clean your ring and simply brush this on the inner band.
Alternatively, we offer rings made in silver and solid 14k gold.
Regular re plating is recommended to keep your rings beautiful shine and luster! All plated jewelry, no matter the brand, will eventually wear. How quickly varies per person and depends on ring care, exposure, amount of wear, etc. For some re plating is recommended every few months, while others every few years. If your ring need to be re plated, let us know here! We offer this service for $35 per ring, plus shipping.
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your jewelry for a return, exchange or store credit. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. You can request any of these services here. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items.
If you wish to exchange your item(s) you will be issued a store credit upon return arrival allowing you to purchase the item(s) in a different size, color, etc.
Jewelry must be received within seven business days of return/exchange submission. If the item(s) is not in original condition, has been altered in any way, or is received after the 7 business days it will not be accepted.
All custom rings are final sale.
Cancellations or Changes.
Please let us know within 24 hours after your order is placed to make any changes or cancellations.
All jewelry purchased comes with a 60 day limited warranty against any manufacturers defect in material or workmanship but it does not cover neglect, abuse, or normal wear and tear. If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn out prongs, RAW by Olivia Mar is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs.
We offer all repairs needed for your jewelry purchased with us. Repair fees vary depending on what is needed. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our work, we never recommend bringing our work to other jewelers, as they are not accustomed to working with our rings.
LUXE products are covered with a 90 day limited warranty against any manufacturer's defect in material or workmanship but it does not cover neglect, abuse, or normal wear and tear. If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn out prongs, LUXE is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs. We strive for perfection and to create beautiful works of art and therefore guarantee our workmanship. As with any delicate artistic creation, care must be taken to ensure years of enjoyment. To preserve our warranty, only LUXE can resize, modify, repair or work on your item.
The loss/theft or damage of a center stone, such as a diamond, is not covered under warranty and should be covered under your homeowner’s insurance policy. Please contact your insurance company for more information regarding your policy limits and requirements.
Because of the way our rings are created they cannot be resized unless they are made in silver or 14k gold. But contact us here within 30 days of receiving your jewelry to exchange. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. We do not offer exchanges for custom pieces.
If your ring was designed with a silver or 14k gold band, we offer resizing for $79 plus shipping. Please contact us here!
We currently only offer custom work and design modifications to rings made in solid 14k gold. Once your request has been approved you will be charged a $250 design consultation that includes up to three modifications. Please note that all custom work created to your specifications are final sale. You can contact us here for all custom work.

How many rings are included with my purchase?
You are purchasing one ring unless otherwise stated in the description, or you are purchasing a wedding set. There may be several pieces of jewelry in the photograph to show uniqueness as well as stacking and pairing inspiration.
