Each piece is made to order with extraordinary care and detail, please allow up to 4-6 weeks (excluding holidays) for production. Please note that paying for expedited shipping does not mean that you will receive your goods the next day. 

All packages are shipped via UPS with a signature required upon delivery. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.

Arrival time estimates do not include the time held in customs. If there is a stop in tracking progress it usually means that it is has arrived at customs and is being processed. This time varies based on your importing governments time to process. 

Additional duties and custom fees may be charged at delivery by the importing government. If you are unsure if your government charges customs fees, please contact them prior to ordering.

Buyer is fully responsible for any and all duties, customs, or fees imposed when shipping internationally. All international delivery dates/times are estimated—they are not guaranteed.

We offer ring sizers that can be shipped directly to you.

Yes, all of the gemstones and diamonds are ethically sourced and conflict-free.

No two gems are ever the same. Varying in color, shape, transparency and setting. Proving 100% authenticity 

The Olivia Mar team strives for top customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a repair authorization for a defect, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email us for a repair authorization within 24 hours from receiving your order. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. In this case your item will be exchanged.

If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a refund. However, after 12 hours you’re subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that's been done. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be cancelled after 12 hours.

All jewelry is covered with a 90 day limited warranty against any manufacturer's defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover neglect, abuse, or normal wear and tear. If a stone is damaged or lost due to to bent, damaged, or worn out prongs, we are not responsible for the replacement of the stone.
